Prices and checkout
Product prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Applicable delivery charges are calculated by delivery area and must be shown in the checkout total before the customer places an order. We do not finalize orders at prices different from those accepted by the customer without their agreement.
Payment
GENTIX accepts Cash on Delivery only at launch. Customers pay the final order total in cash on delivery. We do not currently offer online card payments, cheques or bank transfers through checkout.
Delivery
GENTIX intends to deliver within Egypt. Shipping service, coverage, restrictions and final delivery charges will be confirmed before order acceptance. Delivery times may depend on the address, courier availability and operational conditions. If we cannot ship an ordered product to the supplied address, we will contact the customer to agree on the appropriate next step.
Order confirmation and cancellation
